Junior Service Advisor

We are seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join our automotive service team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
2. A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
3. Proficiency with industry-specific software.
4. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise.
5. Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
6. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor; knowledge of vehicles.
7. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.
8. Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
9. Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
