As a Recruitment Assistant, you are the first point of contact for all candidates in the selection process at Deloitte. You will support the full Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of (administrative) tasks, while focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You prepare and facilitate several recruitment events at our HQ in Zaventem, such as business case days and selection days.

You will guide candidates through the selection process, by aligning availabilities and scheduling their interviews.

You will be working in a dynamic organisation and will be in direct contact with internal stakeholders like candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
