Precision Chroma is a deep tech startup based out of the University of Canterbury in Christchurch. We are developing the next generation of process chromatography columns using 3D printing to simplify the way biological pharmaceuticals are manufactured globally. Our patented chromatographic media allows users to purify high-value target molecules directly from whole cell culture, representing a significant cost reduction in the manufacture of important products such as vaccines, cancer treatments, and gene therapies.

We are looking for a talented postgraduate scientist or junior engineer to join our R&D team. Applicants should have completed a Master’s or PhD in a relevant science or engineering discipline. The successful applicant will work across both laboratory and manufacturing activities, helping to develop, test, and scale our novel chromatographic monoliths and supporting the development of manufacturing processes in preparation for commercial launch.
