Responsibilities

:
Senior Programme Administration and Delivery Coordination:

  • Provide structured administration and coordination support across the programme and its workstreams.

  • Maintain programme routines, trackers, calendars, artefact repositories, and working documents in a manner that supports delivery discipline, management oversight, and timely execution.
    • Programme Governance Coordination:
  • Coordinate governance forums, programme meetings, steering inputs, workstream sessions, and decision-making routines.

  • Prepare agendas, consolidate packs, record decisions and actions, circulate outputs, and ensure that follow-ups are tracked through to closure.
    • Project Portfolio Office Centralised Reporting Support:
  • Support centralised project reporting through the PPO by coordinating reporting inputs, maintaining data quality, following up with workstream owners, updating agreed report...
