Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Develop strong relationship and trust with clients by providing exceptional support.
• Monitor and analyze client campaign performance, including conveying regular updates, new requests, and reports to them.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, creative, analytics) to ensure projects are executed on time and per requirements.
• Be the lead person to execute overall campaign set up on the SKALE platform per the requirements.
• Work alongside Senior Account Managers to ensure overall user experience is smooth.
