Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise the end-to-end production process, including trimming, grinding, mixing, packing, wrapping, and labelling.

  • Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and presentation requirements.

  • Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

  • Manage stock rotation and inventory within the production area.

  • Implement and maintain production procedures that support operational excellence.

  • Identify and address quality or maintenance issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.

  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, SHEQ, and OHS standards.

  • Manage attendance, discipline, and employee relations.

  • Resolve production, quality, and maintenance issues promptly.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).

  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a FMCG environment.
