Role 1: Junior Operator / Junior QC Inspector

Education: CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology) Diploma or equivalent certification in plastics technology.

Experience: Freshers are highly welcome or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in an injection moulding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently according to production schedules.
• Perform regular quality control checks on molded components to detect defects (e.g., flash, short shots, warping).
• Monitor machine parameters and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Pack and sort finished products according to company quality standards.
