Insight Global is looking for a .NET Software Developer to sit on site in San Antonio, Texas. This person will be joining the development team and helping in delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient applications. In this role, you’ll establish best coding practices, and ensure only top-tier products are released. Responsibilities include upgrading and maintaining existing systems (about 20% of your time), driving performance improvements (e.g., reducing processes from 10 minutes to 20 seconds), and leading new projects (approximately 50%). You’ll also handle bug fixes (10–15%) and collaborate on innovative solutions that enhance speed and security.
