We are currently looking for a Junior Multilingual Service Desk Engineer (English, French & Spanish) to join our international IT team in Barcelona on a temporary 3–6 month assignment (with possible extension) .
This is a replacement role , ideal for someone who wants to gain hands‑on IT experience in a truly global environment while supporting users across Europe.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping users across 500+ sites with issues related to:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- User access & permissions (Active Directory)
- Ticketing, incident tracking, and basic troubleshooting
- Escalating more complex issues to second‑line teams
You’ll also contribute to improving documentation and sharing knowledge within the team.
