A unique opportunity for a College Leaver with Legal Secretarial qualification and at least 6 months experience or a Junior Legal Secretary of a year’s background to join this highly respected US law firm.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint; brilliant communication skills and be highly enthusiastic.

Your role is to support the team of Legal PA’s for the firm who in turn look after the fee earners of this growing firm.

Your duties will be highly varied – from communicating with all members of staff via email, passing phone messages, setting up meeting rooms, filing, photocopying, reception overflow and general administrative duties.
