Job Description
- Provide L2 production support for Java/J2EE applications and ensure system availability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Java applications, Unix/Linux, SQL, and batch jobs .
- Analyze logs, perform issue investigation, and support incident resolution within SLA.
- Execute and validate SQL queries for troubleshooting and data verification.
- Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications
- Experience in application support role for min 1 years for support or Developers willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL
- IT background and intermediate knowledge and hands on experiences with SQL and Linux
- Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.
- Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries
- Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell
