Job Description:
Provide L1 and L2 technical support for end users across laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
Troubleshoot hardware issues related to laptops, servers, printers, and storage devices.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Required Skills Must Have
Windows 10/11 and Windows Server troubleshooting
Basic Linux administration knowledge
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
