ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a deal‑making role. The primary focus is originating private debt and equity transactions — finding companies that need capital, getting in front of them, and converting those conversations into mandates.

The candidate will spend the majority of their time identifying and approaching companies across target sectors, initiating outreach, building relationships with founders and CFOs, and qualifying opportunities for the investment team.
