Job Description
Trademark Enforcement
Review watch notices draft opposition/cancellation writs affidavits and cease-and-desist letters. Investigate and address trademark infringements.
IP Agreements
Draft and review trademark licenses collaboration agreements sponsorship/event contracts settlement agreements and other IP-related documents.
Counterfeit Management & Customs
Implement and renew Customs recordals handle seizures coordinate training and manage infringement cases (online and offline). Collaborate with external counsel Customs authorities and internal teams.
Administrative Support
Manage legal databases update case records prepare internal/external reports and monitor deadlines. Handle legal invoices and assist with budget control.
Qualifications
- Law degree from a recognized university ideally post-graduate level specialising in Intellectual Property.
