JUNIOR FINANCE COORDINATOR

Job brief

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records for our clients. Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree and is familiar with accounting software systems such as Xero, MYOB, and Reckon.

Main responsibilities include recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process for purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. You may be required to verify that transactions are recorded correctly. Bring the books to the trial balance stage. Perform partial checks on the posting process.

Bookkeeperjob duties also include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivables, and manage invoices and tax payments.
