We are recruiting for a Junior Finance Business Partner role in our Commercial Finance team to help with financial support and insight across the business. The successful candidate will support the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Finance team in partnering the branches and their Business Managers as well as key stakeholders in the central head office.

This role begins with an initial 60-to-90-day immersive office-based period to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and deep integration with the team. Following this successful induction, the position transitions to a flexible hybrid model , balancing remote work with collaborative office days.
