Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify the bid requirement both technical and commercial to prepare a compliant bid.
- Conduct site visit when required and consider any cost to be added to the tender.
- Understand the program of work and its requirements.
- Prepare and submit a request for information to the client/consultant to clarify any discrepancies.
- Identify labour, material and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications and related documents.
- Delegate draftsmen for quantity take off to cross-check the BOQ quantities and schedules.
- Prepare and combine the cost estimate.
- Ensure the full scope is covered or proper qualification is included.
- Attend pre and post tender meeting and capable to prepare a VE bid.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Estimation Manager.
