We are looking for passionate Junior Engineers / Management Trainees with an engineering background to join our team and grow with us in the offshore and marine industry.

This program is designed for individuals who are eager to learn not only hands‑on servicing and operations, but also the engineering knowledge behind designing and building reliable deck machinery and hydraulic systems.

Under the guidance of experienced engineers, trainees will be exposed to:

• Equipment design concepts and engineering fundamentals
• How quality offshore machinery is designed, assembled, tested, and improved
• Practical workshop and onboard servicing experience
• Hydraulic and mechanical systems troubleshooting
• Real project coordination and engineering operations
• The full process from engineering design to machine fabrication and commissioning
