Job Description

Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries.

Currently we are looking for

JUNIOR END USER ENGINEER (LJT)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days in office in training period)

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: full time employee

Tasks:

  • Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (e.g., Active Directory).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and access provisioning.
  • Monitor and track incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
