In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be an integral part of our user success story. You will split your time between developing new features and assisting our Support Desk to help users navigate our application, giving you a deep understanding of how our software works from the ground up.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Assist in Development: Work under the guidance of senior developers to write clean PHP code and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Support Desk Hero: Act as a technical point of contact for our support desk, helping to troubleshoot user issues and identifying bugs within the application.
• Testing: Conduct basic manual testing to ensure new features work as intended before they go live.
