Are you an early‑career database professional with a strong technical mindset, attention to detail and a genuine interest in building capability across SQL Server, Postgre SQL, ETL and operational database support?

Rewardsco is looking for a Junior Database Engineer to support the administration, maintenance and monitoring of our database environments across development, testing and production.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience in database administration, database support or production support who wants to grow within a fast‑paced BPO technology environment, working closely with senior database, development, infrastructure and production support teams.
