Responsibilities

• Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout Atlantic Canada, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control.
• Assist with project progress and site reports.
• Assist with shop drawings, answer contractor requests for information and issue contract changes.
• Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ experience focusing on the construction phase of projects.
• Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Nova Scotia construction practices.
• Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset.
