Junior Brand Manager for Brand Team, TNT Activations

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably from FMCG, digital solutions, eBanking, or eCommerce companies.
• Strong Excel and project management skills are an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, DBU, TMD, Product and other cross‑functional teams to develop activation programs to grow the base of TNT users in identified key locations:
  • New site rollouts
  • 5G/5G SA rollouts
  • GTM Attack provinces (P1, P2)
• Develop and implement programs for E‑Commerce (Smart App, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and strategic key accounts (Hatchiko, SM, etc.) to drive TNT SIM activations.
• Plan and roll‑out go‑to‑market strategies to acquire identified priority segments/consumer groups relevant to TNT (e.g., riders).
