PRI Engineering is hiring a Junior Billing Coordinator to join our finance team in Kelowna. This is an ideal first role for a recent graduate, or someone with 1‑2 years of general business experience, who wants to build a career in corporate accounting at a growing engineering consulting firm.

What You'll Do Procurement and subcontractor support

Issue purchase orders to subcontractors and vendors, ensuring accurate scope, pricing, and project coding

Support Project Managers in collecting and organizing subcontractor quotes for client proposals and active projects

Track subcontractor commitments through to invoice receipt and onward billing to clients — the full procurement‑to‑billing loop

Billing support and processing

Support the monthly billing cycle, ensuring internal deadlines are met

Generate draft invoices and distribute them to Project Managers for review
