Junior Associate / Associate (0-2 PQE) – Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Regulatory – Manchester.

About the Team

We are a specialist SHE Regulatory team of 16 fee earners working on a varied and high‑profile caseload. The team is recognised by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for health & safety and environmental law, and offers a strong focus on training, development and career progression.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in cases from initial investigation through to court proceedings, including:

• Corporate manslaughter
• Health & safety prosecutions
• Environmental crime
• Fire safety and food safety matters
• Motor prosecutions
• Representation at Coroner’s Court

Travel

Willingness to travel across England & Wales.
