Job Duties: Assist senior attorneys with legal research and case preparation Draft basic legal documents (letters, contracts, pleadings, affidavits) Review and summarise case files and legislation Maintain and update legal files Assist with court filings and compliance with deadlines Track matters and diarise key dates Conduct legal research using legislation and case law Prepare legal opinions and summaries for review Assist with due diligence and document review Liaise with clients under supervision Communicate with courts, advocates, and opposing attorneys Attend consultations and court (where required)
