Seamaritime Agency Pte Ltd is a ship agency providing maritime and port agency services in Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Receivable Assistant.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Monitor and update customer payment records
• Follow up on outstanding invoices by email and phone
• Match incoming payments against invoices
• Prepare customer statements when required
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Assist with month-end accounting tasks
• Learn and use Microsoft Business Central (BC) for daily accounting work
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties assigned by Management

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
