MONTH END ACTUALS, JOURNALS AND FORECAST ACTUALS

• Process monthly journals and ensure that actual results per SAGE agrees to results reported
  on Onestream
• Submit monthly movement and provide reasons for variances
• Prepare and capture forecast results on Onestream

NCCF MONTHLY FINANCIALS AND DONATION SCHEDULES

• Process weekly schedules of the income received and expenditures, forward for review and
  approval.
• Resolve all related queries raised timeously
• Prepare invoices and S18A certificates where applicable for donors
• Prepare monthly reports reflecting movement in income and expenses
• Process VAT in accordance with SARS requirements
• Prepare and submit Tax returns in accordance with SARS requirements
