The ideal candidate should have basic practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and cloud accounting software. This role is suitable for an ACCA Affiliate, Finalist, or Part-Qualified ACCA looking to grow in a professional accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounting records
• Assist with bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Support preparation of financial reports
• Work on accounting software including Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Odoo ERP
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions
• Assist senior accountants with month-end closing tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
