JOB SCOPE:

The Junior Accountant supports the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role focuses on bookkeeping, reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting to support overall business operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record and process daily financial transactions (e.g., invoices, receipts, journal entries) accurately in the accounting books.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including billing, collections follow-up, and vendor payments.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documents and schedules for financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and closing activities.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Monitor and report discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
