Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Own New Zealand tax and compliance end‑to‑end — manage IRD filings and deadlines with rigor to avoid penalties, and handle VAT/GST/FBT/BAS as relevant across ANZ. Lead month‑end close and core management reporting (including twice‑monthly forecasts and weekly ACV reporting), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Act as custodian of the General Ledger—accurate postings, robust documentation, and correct account usage. Analyse results critically to understand business impacts and support audit/management reporting and ad hoc analyses (reconciliations, pricing calculations). Drive process improvement—assess and streamline manual, legacy workflows (especially month‑end) in a non‑automated SAP environment.
