Job Description
Quantity Surveyor / Project QS
Salary: $2,500 - $4,000
Location: Tuas Ave
Working Days: 5 days
Working Time: 8am - 5pm
Requirements- At least 1 year QS experience in construction industry
- Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
- Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
- Coordinate with project team for cost estimation for any additional works.
- Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
- Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
