The Operational Excellence Co-op will support continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

+ Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of operational processes.

+ Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).

+ Collect and analyze data to identify efficiency opportunities.
