The Junior Product Engineering Associate will support the design, development, and improvement of new and existing products under the guidance of senior engineering staff. This role contributes to the company's goals of increasing market share and profitability through innovation, attention to detail, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing product specifications by working with marketing and manufacturing teams.
