Jr CD Executive assists the Customer Development team in achieving sales, distribution, and visibility targets within the assigned H&S Channel. This role focuses on supporting key account execution, sales analysis, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Supervision: Supervise the implementation of the 5 Ps and the work of the merchandisers.
• Display Negotiation: Negotiate additional displays, furniture (fixtures), and signage to ensure idóneo visibility and market share %.
• Commercial Agreements: Agree upon commercial terms with the client, following the company's monthly strategy.
• Commercial Policy Control: Control the actions applied to ensure compliance with the Company's Commercial Policy.
