As a key tradesperson, you will work at journey level to maintain and repair building plumbing systems. Responsibilities include installation, emergency response to urgent issues, and record-keeping. Your expertise ensures that all work complies with relevant standards and codes while you contribute to team-based maintenance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Assist in planning building improvement projects
• Provide emergency response for urgent issues
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and job cards
• Train and evaluate apprentices and staff
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Certification as journeyperson pipefitter
• Five years experience in pipefitting
• Valid Nova Scotia driver's license
