ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Black & McDonald Limited is actively seeking a Journeyman Plumbing Technician – Service member based out our Markham office to support our truck based service to various clients in the GTA.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain and various plumbing systems and components
  • Replace and upgrade existing systems and components related to the plumbing trade
  • Respond to emergency service calls within our client base
  • Identify deficiencies and make recommendations to clients
  • Complete work orders, deficiency reports, field quotations, estimates and daily time summaries in a timely fashion
  • Measure, cut and connect piping using threading, brazing, and mechanical connection equipment
  • Perform scheduled maintenance as assigned
  • Perform backflow tests and cross connection surveys
