Job Description
**Position Summary**
The Journeyman Chiller Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial chiller systems and large-scale HVAC equipment. This role ensures multi-zone heating and cooling systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. The Journeyman Chiller Technician works independently and collaboratively to diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver cost-effective solutions that support customer comfort and system performance.
**Position Details**
+ Install, remove, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
+ Study customerβs scope of service. Follow the preventative maintenance schedule and perform routine system maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, testing for leaks, adjusting controls and making minor repairs where needed.
+ Troubleshoot for electrical problems. Make repairs as required.
