Overview


Altorfer Industries, Inc is seeking out a professional Journey Technician at our Mokena, IL location. The scope of this position is to perform service repairs to include components and other general repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance; providing superior service and representing Altorfer’s professional image.


Basic Duties


PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILIITIES (including, but not limited to):

+ Utilize safe work practices while adhering to all company policies and procedures related to Safety.

+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with excellent work ethic, neat appearance and good communication skills. Candidate needs to uphold full ownership of job.

+ Ability to properly and completely fill out all service reports, inspection checklists and labor entries within department guidelines.
