Job Description
Make an impact for the Northland transport system for our customers. Liaise with local Civil Defence Emergency Management teams on network impacts.
As Journey Manager, you will take a lead on complex issues involving customer journeys across the Northland network. You'll look beyond the day‑to‑day operations of the transport system to show leadership on behalf of all road users, creating a joint approach to how we manage programmed works and improve experiences for our customers. You’ll build strong partnerships to keep key community stakeholders engaged and informed, and ensure our plans align – balancing delivery with customer impact and using your problem‑solving skills to help navigate this.
