We’re seeking a Interoperability manager who can translate between the worlds of clinicians, engineers, and public-sector IT. You’ll design the secure data backbone that connects ambulances, hospitals, and telehealth systems, enabling real-time, AI-ready communication across Norway’s healthcare infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deploy secure interoperability frameworks (FHIR, HL7, Helsenett/NHN) connecting prehospital and hospital systems.
Lead data exchange, normalization, and summarization between EHRs, ambulance networks, and tele-ER modules.
Ensure full regulatory compliance (GDPR, Norwegian health-data standards) and cybersecurity for all integrations.
