About the Role

• Represent the company in legal proceedings by attending courts, MahaRERA, appellate tribunals, government authorities, and police stations in relation to civil and criminal cases or complaints, if any.
• Draft and review key legal documents for residential projects such as Agreements for Sale, Allotment Letters, Application Forms, and marketing materials.
• Prepare and vet legal documents for commercial property transactions, including Leave & License Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Sale Deeds.
• Draft and review responses to customer communications and legal queries.
• Draft and review procurement-related documents and commercial contracts.
• Handle the preparation and review of various legal documents such as deeds, NDAs, and agreements for commercial transactions.
• Provide regular updates and MIS reports to the Legal Head (Mumbai) regarding ongoing legal matters and pending assignments.
