One of our clients, a reputed cement company, looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer for their office based in Chennai. 


The main job responsibilities would be:



01] Appointment of Dealer/Distributor in the assigned area

02] Primary & secondary sales target achievement through dealer/distributor network

03] Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

04] Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.

05] Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

06] Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.

07] Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

08] Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
