The graduate programme aims to introduce graduates to the Youth and Mass Market segment within retail banking, with a strong focus on leveraging data and insights to drive engagement. This includes applying advanced analytics and visualisation tools to uncover patterns and trends within the segment, enabling data-driven initiatives and actionable insights. The programme provides exposure to retail banking dynamics, emphasising customer profiling segmentation and transactional behaviour analysis to support engagement strategies and business cases.
