The primary duties combine technical support, sales strategy, and customer engagement: Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.Technical Expertise & Support: Providing process support, expertise, and guidance for both new and existing installations of Spray dryers and Evaporators, including troubleshooting and maintenance advice.Sales and Proposal Generation: Preparing and delivering technical proposals and presentations, reviewing customer specifications, and determining the scope of supply for projects. This involves calculating cost estimates and quotations.Project Lifecycle Involvement: Participating in all phases of a project from initial meetings and proposal generation through engineering, commissioning, and start-up.
