Job Purpose To support the growth and retention of key national retail accounts by assisting in strategic planning, coordination of sales initiatives, promotional execution, and relationship management. The Junior Key Accounts Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence across designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities 1. Account Support & Execution

Assist in the onboarding of new accounts (customer take-on process).

Support in drafting contracts, account documentation, and promotional agreements.

Serve as the point of contact for internal coordination with operations, marketing, and finance for account activities.

Maintain account databases and performance trackers.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Build strong working relationships with buying teams and store-level contacts.
