**Description**

The Digital Modernization sector within Leidos is seeking a JIRA Administrator to support the NISC Program. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience with performing all areas of JIRA administration, including systems administration, application management, change control, risk management and validation and verification for multiple product baselines.

This position is 100% on-site based in Arlington, VA with occasional/situational travel.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, and permissions.
+ Manage custom fields, dashboards, filters, and system settings.
+ Implement and maintain governance controls for user access and configuration management.
