Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Jira Admin for their Foster City, CA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:


+ Jira & Tooling Support:

+ Serve as a primary support for the Autonomy team’s Jira and Confluence environments.

+ Assist technical teams with the configuration of Jira projects, optimizing and defining new workflows, custom fields, screen schemes, and permission schemes.

+ Automate and integrate Jira with developer tools.

+ Champion and provide guidance on best practices for Jira hygiene and usage across all engineering teams.

+ Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues related to Jira and the associated tool.

+ Assist engineering teams in Jira adoption.

+ Partner with PMO and other key stakeholders in achieve the above.
