Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team of BYD Dealership in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to improve their performance and customer service skills.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
Ensure the sales team adheres to all sales processes and customer service standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive market and competitor activities.
