Responsibilities

• Support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of Facilities Mechanical system within the facility on a duty shift or normal hours.
• Operate, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all plant support equipment to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and record data related to energy consumption.
• Maintain a continuous supply of utilities in the plant during shift duty.
• Perform containment and corrective action in the event of partial or complete system interruption to avoid impact to manufacturing.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, motors, compressors and other systems when required.
• Respond to breakdowns, alarms and trouble calls promptly.
